APPS: Evernote

I was at THE APP FEST yesterday and heard John McGeachie talk about his app EVERNOTE, an app designed to help us remember things. They are making a strong effort to incorporate it into schools. Kids are using it to take notes and to study. They ran a pilot program  with Montclair School in New Jersey. And I just found out that they are going to run it here in Madrid with the SEK. It incorporates video, pictures and text, adapting to the new technologies kids are using to learn.

You can download the basic version for free to use on Mac or iPad or iPhone.

Here is a brief video introducing the app.
