Sheryl Sandberg is my hero this week. I’ve watched all of her talks and interviews and she is an inspiration. Don’t need anything else to get me motivated. She gives brilliant advice for all women.
“Success and likability is positively correlated for men and negatively correlated for women.”
“Own your own success.”
“We’ve got to get women to sit at the table.”

As Vice President of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google, she was instrumental in building what is now one of the most influential enterprise on the planet. But Sandberg’s entrepreneurial instincts drove her onward. She joined the then-fledgling Facebook in 2008.
